This smoothie is high in magnesium and antioxidants!
- 1 cup almond milk
- 10 almonds (or 1 tbsp almond butter)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp raw cacoa
- 1 banana, frozen
- 15-20g protein powder
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
