Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie

A delicous smoothie that is great as a morning meal or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up

This smoothie is high in magnesium and antioxidants!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 10 almonds (or 1 tbsp almond butter)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw cacoa
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 15-20g protein powder

 

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
