"In December I was diagnosed with diabetes and had to make healthier food choices. Because I spent a large portion of my life at work, I was faced with a choice of trying to pack two meals that were practical, healthy and economical. This proved to be very difficult so I decided to use our on-site cafeteria. The choices of food make it very easy to eat healthy and lower my cholestrerol, GI, and A1C. Through a combination of exercise and the availability of this great food choice, I was able to decrease all three."
